11. Use of Google Account Information

This service uses Google login and Gmail sending functions. When a user logs in with Google, we use their Google account information only for the following purposes:

• Authentication: user identification via Google account
• Email Sending: sending estimates, invoices, or similar documents from the user's own Gmail account

The only Gmail permission requested is gmail.send. We never read, delete, or search the user's emails. Email content and recipient addresses are handled only temporarily as required for sending, and are not permanently stored on our servers (except minimal logs required for legal compliance or troubleshooting).
